The Founders Programme

Since January 2006 purchasers of residential building lots on a site adjacent to Port St George have been able to enter into agreements that grant them the right to purchase a residential lot within the Port St George development at a substantially discounted price.

As well as the opportunity to buy a lot in Port St George at a very favorable price, these "early birds" will also benefit from any uplift in value on their existing lot purchase as Port St George provides world-class facilities in the immediate vicinity.

Many of these early investors are European, which highlights the substantial international appetite for Long Island real estate, as well as its accessibility from mainland Europe. It's also notable that the buyers represent many different facets of society, from high profile sports personalities like Andrew Strauss and Austin Healey to "everyday" private investors.

What existing investors have to say...

"Few investment opportunities come along where you are given two bites at the cherry.
But this is exactly how I viewed this when I bought in over two years ago, with the Right to Buy agreement attached to the initial plot purchase.
And now the Planning Permission has been granted at Port St George and Langham International Hotels have signed with them, it looks like an even better investment."
Andrew Strauss, MBE Age: 32 England Cricket Captain

"I know the people involved with this project and bought in very early.
They have put together a really impressive project, which should not only enhance my investment further, but also offer me superb lifestyle choices too!."
Austin Healey Age: 36 Former England rugby player

"As an experienced property investor, I recognised this opportunity as having great potential. I've visited the Island too, and it's amazing!
Whilst the events of the past year or so have taught us nothing is certain, my investment in Long Island has held up amazingly well, and the progress with Port St George during that time has been emphatic.
With such a low entry level, and high upsides, I'm looking forward to the next phase!"
